CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
At HRIKU we strive to bring happiness to pets and pets parents by offering hand-made and eco-friendly products. Our products are non-toxic and safe for your pets.
Damaged product-
HRIKU is not responsible for damage caused during transit but still if the product is damaged take a photograph and a short video of the product along with the original packaging and mail us at hello@hriku.com within 24 hours from delivery. We may ask you to send the product back to us for inspection. If found eligible we will send across the replacement package the next day or if a refund is required it will be initiated which shall reach your original method of payment within 7-10 days.
Damages due to improper usage, wrong handling or neglect will not be covered under this Policy.
Product lost in transit-
If the product is lost or is returned to us in transit within the courier company, we will process a new order as soon as we get the update on the same. Product arrival time duration depends on your location distance from source.
Shipping-
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 531 M, Jakhan, Dehradun – 248001 Uttarakhand. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT:
Order once placed can only be cancelled within 2 hours from the placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on hello@hriku.com or call us on +91 8954866633 In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.
